What's the difference between an A5 Greeting Card and an A5 print?
The A5 greeting card is less than half the price of the A5 art print. There are a few differences one being the ink and the other the paper. Let me explain. A5 fine art paper is made for high-quality fine art and photography reproduction, using archival inks. While A5 greeting card paper is made for printing cards. The fine art paper A5 fine art giclee paper is made from 100% alpha cellulose, while A5 greeting card paper is made from 100% recycled paper. A5 fine art giclee paper has a slightly textured surface, while A5 greeting card paper has a naturally smooth surface texture.
Shipping?
All art prints ship within 5 business days of purchase. Standard shipping takes roughly 3-4 days to arrives once it leaves the warehouse.
International shipping?
We do ship internationally and aim to ship within 5 working days. It is sent via Royal Main international and usually arrives within 8-14 working days. If something is required more urgently, please send me a message at contact@susankmann.com and I will do my best to accomodate.
What's the fastest you can ship?
If you have a gifting emergency on your hands and place your order before noon, then reply to your order confirmation right away to let us know you're in A BIG RUSH, we can sometimes even ship same day. Drop mean email at contact@susankmann.com and I'll get back to you asap.

My package hasn't arrived yet! What can I do?
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We guarantee that we will mail your gift to the address you provide within 2-4 working days. During busy holiday periods there may be a delay with the Royal Mail. If you haven't received your order email contact@susankmann.com and I will do my best to resolve it.
I have a question about an order I've already placed?
